I have come to realise:

The last time I made a post on Colture' was some point this time last year...Have I really been that lazy?
Or has Tumblr influenced my creativity because of its convenience & simplicity?
I'd say the first one.

Yuketen Studded Penny Loafer

I saw these posted on Hypebeast at the beginning of this month. Not taking them into account, I've realized how much they appeal to me. They smart, leather, brown and as you can see by the image, very well made. I love the combination of the classic mens loafer, with the modern metal studs centering the shoe. I saw also the comments on Hypebeast wasn't so positive. Well, everyone is entitled to there own opinion. I believe when you go shoe shopping, go by yourself. Its about what you like, not what others do & do not. My following/future intention is to find a Yuketen stockist. Once accomplished these beautiful shoes are getting purchased without a single doubt.

Today I struggled with getting out of bed because of my unwanted cold. Winter, its the worst time of the year without a single doubt. If only summer was all-year round. Any ways, today was fairly memorable. I meet up with Jamie for a tea at the local Kitchen & Pantry for a social around mid day. We ended up moving on from there and headed in the direction of Portobello Market for a browse "about town"
Portobello Market is my home, I grew up around the area, so I know the place like the back of my hand. When I was younger, the first flat me and my family lived in was just off Golborne Road.
My father, being an artist, use to sell his painting on the market stools. Mainly on /saturdays/sundays, preferably under the tent or opposite, under the fly-over. Which is known as the "tat end"
Any ways, I'm drifting off telling you people my life story.

We eventually made our way to Queensway/Whiteleys shopping center for a snoop' round. Ended up checking out a pop up store which stocked such brands as Wild Fox etc. Jamie, the man himself ended up talking to one of the sales assistant with 100% confidence and finesse. In the end, she asked him for his contact number. Which was a plus, she was attractive in many ways. As one would say "you came through" Jamie. Keep up the good work homie.
We left the building, general banter, all that 'ish. Headed toward Notting Hill Gate, had a look in the Trade stores for some purchases. Managed to find issues one to three of Frank Miller's Robocop Versus Terminator. Which I haven't seen (or heard about) to date. Pretty stoked, seeing as Frank Miller is one of my favorite Novelists. Not only that but Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence arrived today in the post. Chuffed. I shall watch it some point tonight.
Right this instant I am getting myself ready to for a gig up in central.
Should be half decent, hopefully I won't over do the beers...
